2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By placing an order on minoprints.com, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our store.

3. PRODUCTS

All our products are poster prints and wall art. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice. Images are for illustrative purposes; colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is processed at the time of purchase.

5. SHIPPING

We ship to Spain and across the European Union. Estimated delivery times are 3 to 10 business days within the EU. Mino Prints is not liable for delays caused by the carrier or customs.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at minoprintsposters@gmail.com before the deadline expires. Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will issue a full refund within 14 days.

Exception: The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised or custom-made products.

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the rights granted to European consumers under EU consumer protection legislation.
